Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our George team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient systems to enhance productivity and reduce waste in our production processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of engineering principles along with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to streamline production processes.
• Coordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure product quality.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and refine as necessary.
• Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to fully understand process capabilities.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Languages
