We are seeking a talented Architecture Designer to join our creative team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architectural design and demonstrate proficiency in various design software. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing design plans that meet client specifications and promote sustainable practices. The role involves collaborating closely with engineers, urban planners, and clients to create innovative solutions that enhance the built environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process, from concept through execution.
• Develop high-quality presentations for internal and client reviews.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to streamline project workflows.
• Analyze site conditions for optimal design solutions.
• Implement efficient project management practices for successful completion.
• Engage in continuous improvement through feedback and training.
• Assist in mentoring junior staff and interns.
• Foster relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals in the industry.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Design-related field
• Master's degree in Architecture is preferable

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in the field of architecture

Technical Skills

• 3D Rendering Software
• Building Codes Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Problem Solving

Certifications

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) (advantageous)
• AutoCAD Certified Professional (if applicable)

Languages

• English: Fluent
