Job Description

We are seeking a Cloud Security Engineer who will be responsible for implementing and maintaining secure cloud environments. This crucial role demands an understanding of cloud architectures, security protocols, and a proactive approach to mitigate risks. The ideal candidate should be familiar with best practices in cloud security and have experience with tools such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and deploy cloud security tools and technologies.
• Perform regular updates and patching of cloud infrastructure.
• Establish access controls and encryption methods for data protection.
• Engage in threat modeling and vulnerability assessments.
• Lead investigative and forensic activities post-security events.
• Work with third-party vendors to assess security compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Cybersecurity or related field is desirable
• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in cloud security, preferably in a corporate environment
