We are seeking a Mobile UX Specialist with a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for mobile applications. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design mobile interfaces that delight users and drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for mobile applications, ensuring a cohesive look and feel.
• Utilize UX best practices to create user-centered solutions.
• Collaborate with UI designers to ensure design consistency across platforms.
• Prototype and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Conduct competitor analysis to understand market trends.
• Define user personas and customer journey maps.
• Document design specifications for developers.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions to share ideas and solutions.
• Mentor junior UX designers on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master’s degree in UX/UI Design or related fields is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of focused UX design experience in mobile environments
