Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our Bloemfontein team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Handle all inbound and outbound communications professionally.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive filing system.
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Support marketing and outreach initiatives.
  • Oversee inventory and office supplies management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Administration or Office Management
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a virtual assistant role or similar

Languages
