Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for office interactions.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new team members.
  • Monitor and update the office calendar.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with other departments for streamlined operations.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes during meetings.
  • Support ad-hoc projects as directed by the management.

Requirements

Education
