Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion in Cape Town. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation and planning phases to establish project goals.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development of project proposals and bids.
• Mentor team members and help foster their professional growth.
• Convene project meetings and communicate project results to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in managing projects in fast-paced environments.
