Job Description

As a Data Scientist at our growing company in Cape Town, you will analyze complex datasets and design impactful data models. We're looking for someone who can leverage advanced analytics and present findings that drive business strategy and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Utilize statistical tools to meanfully analyze data.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Work closely with IT and data engineers to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to measure performance of strategies.
• Investigate and correct data anomalies to ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Mentor and guide data interns or less experienced team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of working experience in data roles
