Job Description

Join our IT department as a System Administrator, where you'll be responsible for overseeing our network systems and ensuring maximum uptime and security. The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing system performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of IT systems and servers.
• Identify hardware and software deficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Ensure data recovery, security, and backup processes are in place.
• Facilitate onboarding of new employees with IT setup and training.
• Manage relationships with third-party service providers and vendors.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or relevant field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration

Technical Skills

• Active Directory
• Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure): Familiar with managing and deploying applications in cloud infrastructure.
