Job Description

Join our team as an Internal Auditor, responsible for conducting comprehensive audits of financial and operational processes. You will provide recommendations to improve controls and accountability within the organization, contributing to our commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management procedures.
• Lead audits from planning through to report delivery.
• Interview department staff to gather information necessary for audits.
• Monitor compliance to defined processes and regulatory requirements.
• Recommend improvements to the audit process and compliance activities.
• Prepare and present audit findings to the Audit Committee and management.
• Support staff training and development in compliance matters.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in internal or external auditing

Certifications

• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
