Job Description

As an Investment Banker in our Johannesburg office, you will facilitate major financial transactions, assist clients with investment strategies, and lead negotiations. We expect candidates to demonstrate strong analytical skills and sound judgment in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial modeling for client transactions.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Prepare pitch books and client presentations.
• Research industry trends and competitor analysis.
• Manage and coordinate the execution of complex transactions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting
• Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in investment banking or similar financial roles

Certifications

• CFA Level I
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
