Job Description

As an Investment Banker, you'll leverage your financial expertise to guide clients through complex investment decisions. You'll engage with various stakeholders, perform rigorous financial analysis, and support M&A transactions throughout the deal cycle.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed financial analysis and reports for ongoing client projects.
• Engage in new client acquisition and expand existing relationships.
• Coordinate efforts with legal and compliance teams to facilitate transaction closings.
• Monitor market trends and macroeconomic factors affecting investment banking.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline is a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years of relevant investment banking experience
