Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of our software products through rigorous testing and analysis. Responsibilities include developing test plans, executing tests, and working closely with developers to identify and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test strategies and methodologies.
• Work closely with development teams to integrate testing into each phase of the development cycle.
• Identify, analyze, and document software defects and performance issues.
• Mentor junior QA analysts and provide training on best practices.
• Ensure the software meets the business needs and user expectations.
• Participate in sprint planning and retrospective meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred in IT or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance
