Chemical Lab Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a Chemical Lab Technician who will play a pivotal role in our research and development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting experiments, analyzing data, and supporting the creation of innovative chemical products.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical analyses and interpret results to aid in research and development.
• Assist in the formulation and reformulation of chemical products.
• Compile reports and presentations of research findings for team discussions.
• Monitor stock levels of laboratory supplies and order as necessary.
• Engage in troubleshooting and problem-solving in experiments and processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in laboratory settings, specifically in chemical testing and analysis

Technical Skills

• Spectroscopy Techniques
• Chemical Safety Training

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Communication Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Chemical Safety Compliance: Proven track record of ensuring compliance with safety regulations in the lab.
• Familiarity with ISO Standards: Experience in working in ISO-certified laboratory environments.
