Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to join our team in Pretoria. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating travel arrangements for our clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your expertise in the travel industry will help clients navigate their travel needs efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all travel-related logistics for clients.
  • Assist clients with visa and travel document requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of travel bookings and client interactions.
  • Gather client feedback post-travel to improve service offerings.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance industry knowledge.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote travel packages and offers.
  • Assist in organizing team-building and corporate travel events.

Advantageous

  • Experience with travel marketing: Skills in promoting travel packages and services through social media and other channels.
  • Knowledge of foreign language(s): Ability to communicate in additional languages besides English.
