Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, addressing inquiries, and providing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial contact for customer inquiries and support.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and issues.
  • Train customers on product features and usage.
  • Attend regular training to stay informed on product updates.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer support or service
