Job Description

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team in Port Elizabeth. This role involves protecting sensitive information, implementing security measures, and responding to incidents.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate security technologies and recommend improvements.
• Maintain and manage firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security products.
• Assist in the development of the organization’s disaster recovery plan.
• Document all security incidents and create reports for management.
• Engage in continuous improvement of cybersecurity measures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles
