We are looking for a skilled Box Spring Maker to join our energetic production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating box springs using diverse materials and tools. A strong attention to detail and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production of box springs meets company standards.
• Report any production issues to the supervisor.
• Work alongside other team members to achieve production goals.
• Utilize a variety of tools and equipment in the manufacturing process.
• Participate in regular safety and quality training sessions.
• Assist in the improvement of production processes.
• Follow all health and safety protocols while working.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualification required; on-the-job training will be provided.

Experience

• 2 years of experience in box spring manufacture preferred.

Technical Skills

• Experience using CNC machines
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent
