Job Description

As an Industrial Cook, you will be pivotal in preparing large quantities of food within a busy industrial kitchen. Your role includes following specific recipes, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining high levels of cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of dishes in accordance with production demands and standards.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure kitchen safety protocols are being followed.
• Assist with menu planning and development for special events and daily operations.
• Manage inventory and assist in the procurement of kitchen supplies.
• Participate in kitchen cleaning duties to maintain a safe working environment.
• Utilize industrial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support the Head Chef in daily operational tasks and food quality assessments.
• Maintain the kitchen workflow and uphold production timelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvements within the kitchen operations.
• Demonstrate creativity in food presentation and recipe innovation.

Requirements

Education

• Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in food production or catering
