Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and assist with the check-in/check-out process.
  • Manage phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments.
  • Ensure guest queries are addressed promptly and courteously.
  • Record guest information and payments accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and comfortable front desk area.
  • Support the Events Coordinator by providing information about events and bookings.
  • Help in resolving complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Assist with administrative duties as needed.
  • Facilitate a guest’s stay through personalized touches and services.

Advantageous

  • Experience with hotel management software: Familiarity with popular hotel software like Opera or Fidelio.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and services: Ability to provide guests with recommendations on local sites and amenities.
