Responsibilities

• Implement containerization strategies using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Manage backup solutions and recovery processes for critical systems.
• Encourage a culture of ownership and accountability within teams.
• Analyze and report on system metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead initiatives aimed at optimizing cloud expenditures.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and training for teams.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers in DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with product owners to align on project deliverables.
• Develop deployment strategies that minimize downtime.
• Conduct performance tuning of applications and databases.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Master's degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role or similar position
