Job Description

As a Gate Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises. You'll be responsible for controlling access, monitoring visitors, and ensuring compliance with our security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Control and manage access points at the facility, ensuring security compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service while monitoring visitor access.
• Conduct regular checks and maintenance of gate systems and related equipment.
• Monitor surveillance footage for irregularities and respond accordingly.
• Assist in developing and implementing new security protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a security-related role is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Customer service orientation
• CCTV operation

Soft Skills

• Ability to handle emergencies calmly
• Organizational skills

Certifications

• First Aid Certification is advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent
