Responsibilities

  • Facilitate engaging online classes that encourage interaction and participation.
  • Develop individualized learning plans for students based on their needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to enhance student engagement.
  • Analyze feedback and assessments to continuously improve course content.
  • Ensure compliance with educational standards and institutional policies.
  • Mentor students to foster a positive online learning culture.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of online training programs.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements for future courses.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Education or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in online education or training roles
