• Assist in the installation and configuration of computer systems and software.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Conduct regular system maintenance and upgrades.
• Assist users with technical issues via phone, email, or in-person.
• Collaborate with other IT team members on special projects.
• Document support procedures and solutions for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in IT or similar qualification

Experience

• 3+ years of IT support experience preferred
