Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to nurture and grow our key client relationships in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate key client relationships through proactive communication.
  • Analyze client feedback to improve service offerings.
  • Develop comprehensive account reviews and strategize for the future.
  • Coordinate with marketing to align messaging with client needs.
  • Engage in networking opportunities to expand industry connections.
  • Support the development of sales proposals and presentations.
  • Provide training and support for clients on product usage.
  • Monitor account health metrics and implement action plans as needed.
  • Utilize industry knowledge to advise clients on best practices.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant certifications in sales or account management are advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing key accounts or strategic partnerships
