As a Retail Manager, you will play a critical role in driving retail strategies and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will manage a team, oversee inventory, and maintain store standards. We are looking for an energetic leader who can inspire their team while optimizing store performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day retail operations and staff management.
• Set clear objectives for the sales team and monitor achievements.
• Plan and coordinate promotions and events to attract customers.
• Regularly review store performance and implement improvements.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate best prices.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Management or Business
• MBA in Retail Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of managerial experience in a retail setting
