Job Description

As the Visual Merchandising Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of eye-catching displays across our retail stores. You’ll collaborate with marketing and store management to create visually appealing environments that drive sales. Your creativity and understanding of customer trends will be crucial to our success.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement guidelines for visual merchandising across all stores.
• Utilize analytics to assess display performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand alignment.
• Train and lead a team of visual merchandisers.
• Collaborate with product teams to best showcase new merchandise.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess and refresh displays.
• Develop pop-up display strategies for special promotions.
• Establish KPIs for visual merchandising effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Marketing or Business Management is preferable

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in retail merchandising or marketing roles
