Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to maintain and improve the quality standards of our products. The ideal candidate will excel in developing robust testing processes and standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure top-notch software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed test scenarios based on functional specifications.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with the client.
• Analyze and report on QA metrics.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Implement automation testing where applicable.
• Perform security testing to identify vulnerabilities.
• Ensure that testing processes are optimal and up to date.
• Provide regular updates on test progress to the QA Manager.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a quality assurance role

Technical Skills

• Test Automation Tools
• SQL

• Communication Skills
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• ISTQB Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Mobile App Testing: Hands-on experience in testing mobile applications across different platforms.
• Knowledge of DevOps Practices: Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices for better collaboration.
