Job Description

As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will play a critical role in guiding our investment strategies and financial planning through comprehensive data analysis and market research. We seek a detail-oriented individual who is adept at financial modeling and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to drive strategic decision-making.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to identify business opportunities.
• Prepare detailed reports for top management regarding potential investments.
• Collaborate with accounting and operations for accurate financial performance analysis.
• Monitor and analyze financial metrics to track business health.
• Participate in due diligence efforts for potential mergers and acquisitions.
• Support in the creation of business cases for new projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or similar area
• MBA in Finance is a plus

Experience

• 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or corporate finance

• Advanced Excel

Certifications

• CFA Level 2 or higher
