Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies on process changes and improvements.
• Implement automation solutions to enhance production efficiency.
• Monitor production metrics and recommend improvements.
• Act as a liaison between engineering and production teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools for integration into processes.
• Document processes and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in an engineering role
