Job Description

As an Architect at Architecture Hub, you will develop innovative and functional designs for various projects. Collaborating with clients and contractors, you’ll bring your vision to life while adhering to budgetary constraints and timelines. Strong communicative skills are vital, as you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients throughout the design process.

Responsibilities

• Lead design discussions and workshops with clients.
• Research and incorporate sustainable practices into architectural projects.
• Meet regularly with local authorities for project approvals.
• Create and manage relevant documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure quality control on all architectural work before submission.
• Mentor junior architects and interns in design methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp

Soft Skills

• Creative thinking
• Communication

Certifications

• Registered Architect
• LEED Accredited Professional (AP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in sustainable design practices: Knowledge of green building technologies and eco-friendly practices.
• Proficient in Revit: Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) using Revit.
