Job Description

The Stummel Selector will be responsible for selecting and preparing tobacco stummels for the production of premium cigars. This role requires attention to detail and a thorough understanding of the tobacco industry, ensuring that only the best quality materials are processed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all processed tobacco meets company quality standards.
• Assist in the training of new staff on operational procedures.
• Regularly report any issues with machinery or processing equipment.
• Conduct routine checks on tools and maintenance of equipment.
• Collaborate with quality control inspectors to address any concerns regarding product quality.

Requirements

Education

• Any relevant diploma in manufacturing or agriculture is a plus.

Experience

• Prior experience in the tobacco industry will be advantageous.
