Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and oversee design development processes.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits.
• Incorporate innovative sustainable design solutions into projects.
• Review and guide junior designers in their work and professional growth.
• Conduct post-occupancy evaluations to assess project success and client satisfaction.
• Document best practices and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry innovations to inform future projects.
• Lead design workshops and brainstorming sessions to inspire creativity within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in architectural design or related role.

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Registered Architect (RA) certification
• LEED Green Associate is advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent
