Job Description

The Diversity Program Manager will spearhead innovative diversity and inclusion strategies within our organization. The successful candidate will drive initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace culture, ensuring every employee feels valued and heard. This role requires a deep understanding of diversity issues and a commitment to fostering an atmosphere of acceptance and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Implement data-driven strategies to enhance diversity recruitment efforts.
  • Assess current workplace culture and employee sentiment regarding diversity and inclusion.
  • Coordinate events to celebrate cultural diversity and educate staff on global perspectives.
  • Work closely with HR to align performance metrics and evaluations with diversity goals.
  • Cultivate relationships with local organizations to advance our diversity initiatives.
  • Develop resources and toolkits for employees to enhance understanding of diversity issues.
  • Maintain documentation and records related to diversity programs for compliance and reporting.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree or equivalent is highly regarded
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience managing diversity initiatives
