Job Description

Seeking an innovative Diversity and Inclusion Specialist who can champion our diversity strategy and engage employees in meaningful conversations about inclusion. You will gather feedback through surveys, analyse the data, and prepare actionable insights to enhance our workplace environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive the company’s strategy around diversity and workplace culture.
• Collaborate with external organizations to enhance company visibility as a diversity-friendly employer.
• Design employee engagement surveys related to diversity and inclusion.
• Facilitate training and certification programs on diversity.
• Monitor all diversity initiatives for compliance with local laws and standards.
• Assess training needs related to diversity across the organization.
• Mentor staff to cultivate leaders who prioritize inclusivity.
• Engage in public speaking opportunities to share experiences and knowledge about diversity.
• Ensure inclusivity is a key component of talent acquisition strategies.
• Partner with marketing to share diversity stories on social media.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sociology, or related field
• Certification in Diversity and Inclusion is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in similar roles with measurable impact in organizations
