Responsibilities

• Analyze applications for comprehensive risk assessment.
• Provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
• Participate in the development of underwriting guidelines.
• Prepare reports on underwriting activities and results.
• Mentor junior underwriters and provide training when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional underwriting certification is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in underwriting or related fields
