We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Pretoria team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough financial analysis, preparing reports, and assisting in strategic planning initiatives. You will work closely with management to assess financial performance and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Conduct variance analysis to understand budget discrepancies.
• Assist with financial planning and analysis for operational units.
• Support the preparation of financial presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function.
• Keep abreast of financial regulations and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or equivalent
