Responsibilities

• Identify areas for process improvement based on test results.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies to discuss testing strategies.
• Monitor for software issues and suggest enhancements.
• Support the QA team in delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Mentor junior QA team members in best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Quality Assurance certification is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years in software testing and quality assurance

Certifications

• Certified Software Quality Analyst

Languages

• English: Fluent
