Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software engineers to ensure quality objectives are met.
• Design and automate tests for features and APIs.
• Investigate defects in software and coordinate with the team for resolution.
• Establish and maintain quality assurance standards and procedures.
• Monitor quality assurance metrics and report on findings.
• Mentor junior QA analysts and facilitate best practices.
• Help manage test environments and data.
• Participate in user acceptance testing phases.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in QA processes

Technical Skills

• Automation Frameworks
• API Testing

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester
• CSTE Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
