We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will be responsible for protecting our digital infrastructure, conducting security audits, and implementing effective security measures to safeguard our clients' information.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security awareness programs for employees.
• Collaborate on disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Utilize security tools to identify and mitigate risks.
• Prepare regular reports for management on security status.
• Advise on compliance with data protection regulations.
• Coordinate with law enforcement on cybercrime investigations.
• Review emerging threats and test systems accordingly.
• Assist in the development of security architecture for new projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity
• Master's degree is an added advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a cybersecurity role
