Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Provide clients with strategic tax planning advice.
• Conduct tax research and stay updated on tax law changes.
• Assist clients in compliance with tax regulations.
• Analyze financial records to identify tax-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and manage local and international tax filings.
• Develop tax compliance policies and strategies for clients.
• Represent clients during tax audits or inquiries.
• Communicate complex tax concepts to clients clearly.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Taxation is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in taxation

Certifications

• Certified Tax Practitioner (CTP)
• SAICA Membership is a plus

Languages
