Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality aesthetic services tailored to individual client needs.
• Advise clients on skincare regimens and product recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and client interactions.
• Promote retail products to clients during and after their visits.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery.
• Uphold a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the treatment rooms.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy
• Advanced Skincare Certificate is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant aesthetic experience

Technical Skills

• Aesthetic treatments
• Client consultations

Soft Skills

• Client relationship management
• Emotional intelligence

Certifications

• International Aesthetician Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Fluent in Afrikaans: Ability to communicate effectively in Afrikaans is beneficial.
• Previous spa experience: Experience working in a spa setting is advantageous.
