Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure timely submissions.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with external auditors during quarterly and annual audits.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
• Provide financial insights to assist in decision-making.
• Develop and implement accounting procedures to enhance accuracy.
• Maintain financial databases and weekly accounting entries.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Professional accounting certification (SAIPA/SAICA) preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting roles
