User Experience Researcher

Job Description

We are seeking a User Experience Researcher with a passion for understanding user needs and behaviors. This role involves conducting user research, usability testing, and collaborating with product teams to ensure a seamless user experience across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct usability studies on various platforms.
• Iteratively test design prototypes and feedback to improve user experience.
• Collaborate on creating a design system based on user feedback.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark user experience.
• Document research processes and methodologies for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design or related field
• Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in user research and usability testing

• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)
