Job Description

We are searching for a dedicated Program Support Clerk to assist in administrative and program support. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in coordinating program activities, managing records, and providing exceptional customer service to our stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Help implement program activities and initiatives.
  • Keep accurate records of program participation.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback.
  • Draft and manage documentation related to program operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for stakeholders.
  • Use software tools to update databases and manage information.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss program progress.
  • Facilitate communications between the program team and volunteers.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma in Office Administration or similar
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative support within a non-profit

Languages
