Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately.
  • Manage scheduling and appointments for multiple clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports.
  • Conduct web research and compile information.
  • Help track expenses and manage budgets.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
  • Implement filing systems for effective data management.
  • Assist with customer service inquiries as they arise.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or relevant field is preferred

  • 2+ years in virtual assistance or administrative support
