Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst who will play a critical role in helping our organisation make data-driven financial decisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to enhance our financial strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Assist with reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor budget adherence and propose amendments where necessary.
• Work on financial documentation and reporting processes.
• Training junior analysts on financial systems and practices.
• Conduct risk assessments on financial strategies.
• Represent the finance department in cross-functional country initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline
• Master's degree or relevant qualifications are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis

• Excel Proficiency

Certifications

• CMA or CPA

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of IFRS: Understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards and their applications.
