Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive IT Help Desk Analyst to provide high-quality support to our users in Durban. The successful candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist in managing IT assets, and ensure smooth operation of IT services in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve support tickets promptly.
  • Assist users with password resets and account lockouts.
  • Maintain and update IT documentation and resources.
  • Provide training and support for IT systems and applications.
  • Participate in developing IT policies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to enhance service delivery.
  • Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support network and printer troubleshooting.
  • Engage in continuous learning of the latest IT trends and updates.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in technical support
Technical Skills
  • Apple OS

Certifications
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Zulu: Basic
