Responsibilities

• Prepare, operate, and maintain injection molding machines.
• Implement production schedules while ensuring machine efficiency.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines.
• Assist in training new staff on operational procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• National Certificate in Plastics Manufacturing NQF Level 3

Experience

• At least 3 years' experience in molding operations

Technical Skills

• Injection Molding
• Quality Control

Soft Skills

• Communication Skills
• Problem Solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with CAD software: Experience in using CAD software for mold design and modification.
• Knowledge of safety standards: Understanding of industry safety standards to ensure workplace safety.
