Responsibilities

• Design and implement large-scale chemical production processes.
• Assist in the design of new equipment and facilities.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry developments.
• Develop and maintain accurate documentation for processes and procedures.
• Promote a culture of safety and efficiency within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
• Master's or higher preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in chemical process engineering

Technical Skills

• Chemical Process Simulation
• Project Management

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with quality management systems: Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management standards.
• Project management experience: Experience in project planning and execution in a chemical engineering context.
